Sachin is a founding partner and helms the operations of BSMART. He brings the financial business experience of over twenty-five years of working across various industries for our clients. He commands an astute understanding of Project Finance, Registration, Setting up of Industries, Statutory Licenses, and Finance Planning. He has been inspiringly instrumental in the remarkable voyage of BSMART from a mere five-member enterprise to this multi-locational entity that it is today, employing over a hundred professionals. He is a man of clarity in ideas and ideals, focused on quality, integrity, and professionalism, and celebrates the idea of a high-performance work environment.
Sachin has comprehensive professional experience in almost every profile within the ambit of financial services and consulting, although his area of profound interest remains Project Finance & Legal Consultancy. A space that he has cherished working in and mastered over the years. Sachin has also served as a Representative in the RBI Committee for Administration and Distribution of Funds of Apex Urban Co-operative Bank of Maharashtra & Goa Ltd.

Bhushan is a founding partner of BSMART. He helms our Strategic Proposal vertical and works closely on the client’s needs and objectives. His advisory has spanned an expansive range from entrepreneurial ventures to major global corporations in Management Consultancy, Improvement in Internal Control Systems, Financial Planning, Joint Ventures, Mergers, Acquisitions, and Project Finance Consultancy. Bhushan brings over eighteen years of rich experience in Financial Accounting and unparalleled expertise across the vital domains of Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, Bank Audits, Internal Control Systems, SOX, SOX Testing, SOX Implementation, IFC, Internal Audits/Concurrent Audits for various clients covering broad industry segments like Agriculture, IT, Banking and Finance, Automobile, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, and Packaging. His professional forte remains the small and medium-sized domestic/multinational spanning multi-locational engagements.
He has earlier served as Director in Madheshwari Urban Co‐Operative Bank Ltd., Madha, has graced as a visiting faculty for Direct Taxes at Ness Wadia College, Pune, ICIB, REA and delivered numerous lectures compassing his forte on various platforms like Chrysalis Entrepreneur Forum, among others.

D N Panchal is a Director in BSMART and has been associated with us since our inception. He employs his valuable and credible experience in the traditional practice areas like Compliances, Tax Audits (Direct and Indirect), and Statutory Audits meeting the deadlines with unflinching commitment. Over the last twenty-five years, he has served various domestic clients in Financial Accounting, advisory services, Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, and Bank Audits, as well as the concurrent Audit of Bank Branches. He inspires, trains, and helms the learning and development initiatives at BSMART. His sense and skills in SME client management are considered exceptional in the industry.

Abhishek Jhunjhunwala heads Project Finance & Legal Services at BSMART. He brings over twelve years of extensive experience in managing client engagements in Statutory Compliance, Financial Planning, Project Finance, Setting up New Entities, and Audits. He has served influential roles in Registration and Statutory Licenses as well. He also overlooks the operations of our Mumbai branch. Abhishek has diligently worked on clients across the industry and has gained rare expertise on statutory compliance. Clients have widely appreciated his work and contribution in setting up new entities and guiding them about the correct licenses and necessary approvals. His area of specialization has been Project Finance and Legal Documentation with proficiency in Compliances. Abhishek has assisted several clients in availing big-ticket funding from Banks and Financial Institutions.
Abhishek also plays an active role in assisting clients in structuring their financial needs and guiding them to raise equity vide private equity / IPO.
Prashant is a Director at BSMART and heads our London operations. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in financial services. His forte lies in Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, and raising Equity Finance. Prashant has served as an FCA approved personnel.
Prasanna Mehta has been associated with BSMART for over twenty years now. He brings to the table over two decades of knowledge in liaising and guidance in judicial and government matters. He has credible expertise in immovable property acquisition and government contracting business.
He has been associated with BSMART for over twelve years. He overlooks the entire BSMART internal control systems and processes and Statutory Compliance and Audits.
Vijay is Head of ADT & FAM, and has been associated with BSMART for over 14 years. His experience spans managing client engagements in statutory compliance, financial planning, audits, and taxation.
Revati has gathered twenty years of post-qualification experience. She has been a part of the BSMART core team over the last eight years. She independently manages the project finance division, Bank Audits, Subsidies & Grants, assisting in Technical Evaluation Reports, Audits etc.
Ketan is an heir to an industrialist family and a man with sound business acumen. His potencies lie in establishing and maintaining client relationships and designing customized funding solutions for businesses.
Sahil’s expertise in Audit and Assurance has been the guiding force for our high-profile manufacturing and facility management clients. He is the leading member of our Investment Banking Department’s core team engaged in fundraising activities through Equity and Debt. His affinity with IIM Calcutta’s Flagship MBA Program will refine his skill sets and know-how.
Monika has been associated with BSMART last ten years. She manages Audit assurance and Individual taxation. She also has familiarity with statutory audits, Tax audits, Bank concurrent Audit Representation with the Government, and Limited reviews of listed companies.
Apurva has over five years of post-qualification professional experience in statutory compliance, Individual Taxation, and Audit and Assurance services. Her forte lies in Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Neeraj has to his credit more than 13 years of experience managing compliances under Corporate Laws. She specializes in Company Registrations, Corporate law compliances, and routine Statutory Compliances.
Ritu has been associated with BSMART last twelve years. She works in Audit assurance and Individual taxation and has experience in statutory audit and tax audit.
Parthasarathi brings over 14 years of experience in Equity Research and Investment Banking, Financial Valuation and Credit Analysis, with excellent knowledge of valuation techniques like Discounted Cash Flow modeling (DCF Valuation ) and comparative company analysis.
Rahul has been associated with BSMART for more than seven years and had considerable finesse in Taxation and Audit. He currently is an asset to the SOP and Internal Audit Department.
Krunal is a thorough professional with an extensive knowledge and keen understanding of accounting and auditing principles along with tax policies and procedures. He has to his credit an experience of over ten years of in Audit and compliance and heads our ADT department.
CA Chetan Gandhi is a qualified professional who specializes in Internal Audit and Developing SOP (Standard Operating Processes). He is also experienced in Govt. Audits, Direct Taxation, Statutory Audit, and Tax Audit.
Shreekala has been associated with BSMART for more than four years and is currently leading the Human Resource Department. She has been a diligent administrative professional with experience in enhancing executive productivity by managing the schedules and communications of key company executives.
